Armor was consolidating its services into a new unified platform called Nexus.

This case study focuses on MDR (Managed Detection & Response) emerging module and the one that most directly communicates Armor's value to its customers.

My role was to lead end-to-end UX for MDR within the broader Nexus system.

Problem

Nexus, as a platform, had four consolidation goals: a single portal, modern navigation, real-time incident visibility, and richer context. MDR was the newest and most critical module to validate those goals , if MDR couldn't deliver confidence, Nexus wouldn't either.
