Project Overview:

AMS is a tool integrated within the National Sports Repository System (NSRS) that helps the SAI streamline all trainings, assessments and tests, and other administrative data of athletes spread across multiple academies of SAI across India at one centralized location

Problem Statement:

When it comes to managing athlete SAI faces several issues like inconsistent data management hinders progress tracking, inadequate injury recording which increases risk, poor communication coupled with mobility restrictions for sports scientists, further impede performance analysis. Data privacy concerns with the third-party AMS . These challenges collectively undermine athlete performance and safety.

Goals:

1. Design, develop and maintain an Athlete Management System to be used within the sports ecosystem of the country.
2. Support the stakeholders within the sports ecosystem to make data-driven decisions that help athletes perform and excel in their sport and win medals for the country.
